Everyone around the globe deserves a safe food supply. The FSAP has been organized to make sure that members of the Packaging Community – both in materials and equipment – understand their place in our important mission.

Working as a technical committee of IoPP, FSAP will be equipped to educate the supply chain to reduce food safety issues.

The FSAP has joined together Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), service providers, trade associations, and packaging material and equipment suppliers to create food safety awareness and provide HACCP training.

HACCP was developed in the 1950’s by Pillsbury/ General Mills and NASA and has been proliferated for all to use.

Recognized by The World Health Organization (WHO) as the most effective tool for controlling Food Safety.
