Agenda for the IoPP NE February 21, 2012 Wine Packaging Technology Seminar

Please join us on the Boston waterfront (across the water from the BSCI distribution facility)
for an informative overview of an important evolving issue in the Wine Packaging and Marketing industry;
what is the better wine closer for sealing wine bottles: the traditional cork, or the screw cap.

Learn the basics of the winemaking process in a traditional way, based on the glass bottle and the Cork Closure. Ask Jimmy Martorano Co-Owner and Scott Dahill Boston Winery Staff Sommelier questions as we walk and learn including; how to source quality corks, tips for properly setting up your home wine cellar etc.

IoPP New England University of Massachusetts Lowell Student Chapter Member WINS National IoPP Scholarship!

IoPP Scholarship winners for 2011-2012 announced 

IoPP is pleased to announce the winners of the Institute's academic scholarships for 2011-2012. Four $2,500 academic scholarships were awarded, recognizing exceptional college students headed for a career in packaging. The 2011-2012 winners - all student members of IoPP - are: Robert Bruce Duncan, University of Massachusetts - Lowell; Ian Thomas McClaire, University of Wisconsin - Stout; Alexandria Leigh Siciliano, Michigan State University; Emily Ruth Wiggins, Michigan State University

IoPP Bridge program helps during periods of unemployment
IoPP has established a program to help members should they become unemployed.
