Coordinates chapter activities, leads board meetings and reports to National.
Vice President – Administration and Program Chair:

First assistant to President, steps in when President is not available. Follows up and assists the Programs, Meetings and Publications Chair.
Vice President – Technical:
Eric Berkley, Berkley International Packaging, eric@berkleypak.com
Assist in setting up new Chair positions, in-charge of awards, poles membership for meeting interests and locations, and works with Web Master to up-date site. Develops technical content for meetings, leads learning efforts for the chapter.
Secretary:
Robert Hoody, DLL Inc., robert.hoody@testedandproven.com
Keeps meeting minutes and distributes to board members promptly. Assists keeping meetings on track and on time with parliamentary procedures, if possible. Also keeps chronological records of correspondences. Works with Membership Chair to keep mailing and e-mailing records current.
Web Master:

Places content on the Chapter Website provided by the National organization. Keeps the website current.
Membership Chair:

Keeps the listing of members, new and old, current. Develops ideas for membership drives and invitations. Works with the Publications, Meetings, and Programs Chair as required with member information.
Hospitality Chair:

Greets people at general meetings, supplies name tags, and sign-in sheets. Makes new members feel welcome (develops a short bio for introductions of new members), and follows up with a call or letter. Also assists with general meeting sign-in and finding assistants to help.
