Pack Expo to host IoPP presentation exploring food safety and packaging Join Wynn Wiksell, Manager of Packaging Quality and Regulatory Operations at General Mills; and Jeff Sobell, Senior Quality Manager, Packaging, at Kellogg’s Co.; as they walk attendees through the latest need-to-knows on the hazards, recalls and new strategies concerning food safety and packaging on September 27 at Pack Expo Las Vegas. This will be one of four sessions that IoPP’s Food Safety Alliance for Packaging Technical Committee will be presenting Sept. 27 in Pack Expo’s lineup of sessions on product safety.
