IoPP’s PACK EXPO conference lineup packed with experts and insights
Save the dates! IoPP’s Packaging Learning Center returns to PACK EXPO this fall at McCormick Place in Chicago. IoPP’s 23 presentations and nearly 40 speakers, providing education on a variety of packaging topics, will be a major component of the Conference at PACK EXPO, Oct. 29-31. The PACK EXPO trade show floor will be open Oct. 28-31. This is the third consecutive year that IoPP conference sessions will be part of PACK EXPO, which is produced by PMMI. The IoPP sessions will cover trends and innovation, manufacturing solutions, pharmaceutical and medical device packaging, transportation and logistics, and food product/packaging safety. Speakers will include packaging experts from Néstle, GlaxoSmithKline, Estée Lauder, General Mills, Revlon, Bayer Consumer Care and ConAgra Foods. IoPP also will offer four panel discussions. These will include a special Spotlight Session featuring packaging professionals from InsightFarm, Kimberly-Clark, Kraft Foods and Avery Office and Consumer Products. They will discuss the results of a groundbreaking study on arm amputees, how the results reflect Americans’ tendency for one-handed multitasking and what that could mean for package development.
