As you make travel arrangements, please keep in mind the meeting end time.  Flights should not be scheduled earlier than 6PM (meeting adjourns at 4:00 on Day 2). Travel time to airport varies (see below).

 

The meeting dates are:
Oct 14th - Attendees arrive
Oct 15th - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Oct 16th - 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

They are offering a discounted rate of $175 per night with a $30 resort fee. 

Please mention Sanofi Pasteur when making reservations.  The block of rooms will be held until Sept 15^th

The following airports are recommended (In order)

·        Lehigh Valley International Airport, Allentown PA, Distance approximately 60 miles (1 hour)

·        Avoca Airport, Scranton/Wilkes-Barre PA, Distance approximately 40 miles (1 hour)

·        Newark Airport, Newark NJ,  Distance approximately 100 miles (2 hours)

 

Rental Cars will be needed so you may want to contact other members in order to ride share.
