2009 AmeriStar Student Package Competition winners take global honors

The 2009 AmeriStar Student Package Competition award winners were recently awarded World Packaging Organisation (WPO) WorldStar Student honors. Judging the WorldStar Student competition took place this month in Tunis, Tunisia. AmeriStar winners receiving WorldStar Student honors included: "Quick & Easy Nail Polish Remover" developed by Elyse Ryder, Jennifer Stirling, Stephen Coates, Faye Sanderson from Mohawk College (WorldStar Honorable Mention); "Band-It" developed by Kathryn Jackson, Tyler Blumer, Elizabeth Gorrell from California Polytechnic State University (WorldStar Certificate of Recognition); and "Dual Hot Pockets Package" by Ken Gruhl from Michigan State University (WorldStar Certificate of Recognition). Congratulations to all!
