Summary:

 

Many of our past meetings have been focused on WHAT we do and tools we use in pharmaceutical artwork production. The fall 2013 meeting will be focused on HOW we manage artwork production. Sessions and topics will be focused on:
  • • Process Optimization (what are you doing to connect the parts of your organization critical to packaging artwork production? HOW do you do it?)
  • • Continuous Improvement Activities (do you have dedicated resources and defined procedures for driving improvements into your process? WHO are they and HOW do you do it?)
  • • Performance and Quality Metrics (what do your metrics tell you about your group’s potential? HOW are you using your metrics and KPIs to plan and mitigate any risks to quality and performance)
  • • Performance and Quality Sustainability (can you sustain your current level of performance? What leading indicators should you look for to answer that question?)
 
Our sponsor, Platinum Press, will also discuss how they interface with their customers and share their views on industry best practice regarding artwork file management, transfer, proofing and other topics. Come prepared to share your group’s challenges and successes with regard to HOW you perform the miracles you do during product launches and ‘routine (is there such a thing?) artwork changes’.
