Mike Ross, CPPL
Global R&D Packaging & Sustainability Lead, Unilever Food Solutions

Mike Ross has worked at Unilever for 26 years, developing his expertise in global project leadership on cross-functional teams, team-building and upskilling, technology development, integration and roadmap development, as well as eco-system and partnership creation.

He holds 13 patents, his Certified Packaging Professional Lifetime designation and is a member of the IoPP Sustainable Packaging Technical Committee. Mike earned his Bachelor of Science degree in packaging from Michigan State University and his MBA from North Carolina State University. He is based in The Randstad, Netherlands.
