Below is the information on hotel reservations and ground transportation:

Hotel:

Reservations can be made by calling the Arizona Biltmore, at (800) 950-0086. When registering, please refer to the group code number:"EKC" to receive the special room rate of $199. Please advise of any special needs when making your reservation.

Beginning next week, reservations can also be made via the hotel website. Please enter the code "EKC" under the Group/Convention Code section of the reservations screen.

Please note, there is an additional $15 turn-down fee; and $35.00 maid-service fee, which is in addition to this room rate. To ensure you are included in the block, please make your reservation by the cutoff date of March 26, 2010. If reservations have not been made by March 26, the hotel will not guarantee space. All rooms must be guaranteed by a two-night deposit. Deposits are fully refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival, after which they are non-refundable. For more information about the hotel, go to:

Transportation from the airport to the hotel:

There is a Super-Shuttle available from the Phoenix Airport to the Biltmore Hotel, leaving every hour for $14.00. Advanced Reservations Telephone:800.258.3826

There is also a private car service: ExecuCar from the airport to the Hotel for $33.00. Advanced Reservations Telephone: 888.473.9227.

Welcome Reception:

The cocktail reception, provided by our host, Kodak - Solutions for Business, is from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the "History Room" at the Hotel.

Other Activities:
Kodak is offering additional activities on Sunday afternoon before the reception.

• Golf at 12:15
  
• Balloon ride at 4pm
  
• Spa treatments all Sunday afternoon from 12-noon to 5pm
