2016 Recipients

IoPP 2016 Packaging Education Scholarship Fund Recipients

IoPP is pleased to announce the winners of the Institute's academic scholarships for 2016. The Packaging Education Scholarship Fund had a total of 40 submissions for 2016. The emerging talent in the packaging industry is evident by the quality of all these submissions.

Five academic scholarships were awarded by IoPP as well as one awarded by the Contract Packaging Association with IoPP's support.

The 2016 recipients are:

$5,000 - PepsiCo R&D Scholarship:

$2,500 – IoPP Scholarships:

Laura Barts
Michigan State University

Sarah Myers
University of Wisconsin - Stout

Alexandra Slagle
Michigan State University

Marina Solis
Rochester Institute of Technology

 

$2,500 – Contract Packaging Association (supported by IoPP):

Brandon Hokanson
University of Wisconsin - Stout
