Currently, she excels as the Senior Director of IT and Project Management at Printpack, overseeing IT, Cybersecurity, Data Protection, and aligning business strategies with IT initiatives.

Irene's career is marked by progressive leadership roles, including Director of Project Management and Information Security, where she spearheaded Printpack's digital transformation and project management practices. Her extensive background also encompasses roles in sales, engineering, and as a mentor. Irene holds an MBA from Radford University, and multiple prestigious certifications in project management and information security.
