Irene is a distinguished project management and IT leader with over two decades of experience across various industries. Currently, she excels as the Senior Director of IT and Project Management at Printpack, overseeing IT, Cybersecurity, Data Protection, and aligning business strategies with IT initiatives.

Irene's career is marked by progressive leadership roles, including Director of Project Management and Information Security, where she spearheaded Printpack's digital transformation and project management practices. Her extensive background also encompasses roles in sales, engineering, and as a mentor. Irene holds an MBA from Radford University, and multiple prestigious certifications in project management and information security.

Her academic foundation is solidified with Bachelor degrees in Electrical Engineering, alongside minors in Economics and Mathematics, showcasing her broad expertise and capability to drive innovation and success. She is currently working toward becoming a Doctor of Technology at Purdue University,
