Balaji Jayaseelan leads Berlin Packaging's sustainability strategy and has extensive experience working with start-ups and a multifaceted portfolio of consumer and professional brands. He serves as a subject matter expert for the company, its customers, and a variety of sustainability and packaging organizations.

Balaji brings more than 15 years of experience leading sustainability programs for multiple B2B and B2C firms, including those within the packaging industry. He has managed global teams focused on innovation, cost efficiencies, and digital transformation. He holds an MBA from Emory University, a master’s in environmental management, and a bachelor’s in chemical engineering.

John Lehmkuhl

John Lehmkuhl is a procurement executive with more than 15 years of experience driving sourcing initiatives, managing supplier relationships, partnering with stakeholders and developing teams.
